This blend was created to serve customers who want or need just a little less caffeine. For this blend, we always combine 50% of one of our caffeinated beans, and 50% of our decaffeinated beans. In creating the blend, we aim to mix two beans that compliment each other well, which usually means sticking with two Central or South American options.
