32-ounce bottles of decaf cold brew coffee concentrate
The hard work is taken care of by the time this package lands on your doorstep. We roast, blend, grind, brew, package, and ship it straight to you. Just open up, dilute with water in a 1:1 ratio (or to your taste), and enjoy! For maximum flavor, store cold and serve over ice within 45 days of receiving and within 7 days of opening.
Current blend makeup: Single-origin water-processed decaf Mexico
Tasting notes: Caramel and Golden Raisin
The only two ingredients in each bottle are roasted coffee and filtered water. This cold brew is 100% natural and unflavored. The tasting notes are those inherent in the green beans and then enhanced by the roasting process.
The Perks of Concentrate
We choose to emphasize cold brewed iced coffee as we believe the cold brewing process noticeably reduces tasted acidity and provides a much smoother drinking experience than brewing hot coffee and cooling it down. But what is cold brew? “Cold brewing” coffee is simply an immersion technique where roasted coffee is brewed at a much lower temperature, for a much longer time than the more traditional hot ways of brewing coffee. We grind the coffee very coarse, use ~70°F filtered water and brew each batch for ~18 hours.
We recommend serving over ice, using equal parts concentrate and water. Pro tip: Use two ounces in a cup of milk for an iced decaf "latte" or two ounces as the base of your favorite espresso martini.
Keep calm and drink coffee
Staycation proves decaf can be delicious, too.

Craft Coffee: Our Small-Batch Roasting Process
Our roasting philosophy is simple: to highlight natural flavor and sweetness present in each of our green coffee selections. We use a profile-based roasting methodology, meaning we utilize different parameters depending on each green bean’s unique characteristics. We believe our process allows for full development, eliminates unpleasant acidity, and keeps the beans from becoming over-roasted. Try our coffee today. We know you will love it!
