Why Single Serve Coffee Pods?

We created these single serve coffee pods, compatible with all Keurig K-cup® brewers, to deliver you our specialty coffee in its most convenient form yet!

We start with the same high quality speciality coffee, roasted using our profile roasting methodology. The beans are then ground and the pods are filled at our roastery in Dallas, TX. Enjoy!

Decaffeination Process

Water-processed decaffeination begins by soaking the green coffee in water to expand the beans, which are then introduced to a solution of coffee solids (everything that makes coffee coffee except for caffeine). This solution draws out the caffeine, but helps maintain the flavor, as no synthetic solvents are used and the caffeinated liquid is simply passed through filters.
