We created these single serve coffee pods, compatible with all Keurig K-cup® brewers, to deliver you a way to brew our specialty coffee in its most convenient form yet!

We start with the same high quality specialty coffee, roasted using our profile roasting methodology. There are no additives or preservatives. To preserve freshness, the beans are ground and the pods filled at our roastery in Dallas, TX, after your order is placed.

We recommend brewing on an 8 or 10oz size setting.

Simply a trifecta of: organic farm management practices; traceable to producers in the Marcala region, a protected designation of origin; and a meticulous post-harvest standard of hand sorting cherry, cherry floating to remove less dense and damaged beans, proper fermentation, and long drying times.

We use a profile-based roasting methodology, meaning we utilize different parameters depending on each green bean’s unique characteristics.
